POSITION: Restaurant General Manager
Accomplish restaurant human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, training, assigning, coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; Communicate job expectations; Plan, monitor, appraise, and review job performance; Identify and resolve employees concerns; Plan and review compensation actions.
Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety; Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
Control operational costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation and develop measures to cut waste
Develop and implement marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
Achieve restaurants operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations for higher managements strategic planning and reviews; developing and implementing action plans; setting up production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; determining operational system improvements; and supervising audits.
Achieve restaurants financial objectives by developing annual budget and scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances and initiating correction actions.
REQUIREMENTS: Master Degree in Hospitality Management or related field and 24 months’ experience as General Manager position in full-service restaurant.
